New training in micro enterprise skill acquisition complete! Update from Nigeria!


Many thanks for your prayers, financial and moral support. Despite delay in  delivery of materials, training was conducted  as scheduled with minor adjustments. 
Twenty nine participants were received training on how to make liquid soap making and Vaseline for economic empowerment. These are youths and women leaders from four communities. They  are encouraged to source additional materials so as to sustain their business as we were able to provide only a small quantity of materials for training.  
We remain thankful for your tireless efforts to share your resources with our brethren in need of help. May the Lord who know your labor of love reward you richly.

Small Business Training for Women 2.15.21

  Greetings in the precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ, I am delighted to inform you that the first batch of women's empowerment training went well. Let me apologize for the pictures. Some of the qualities are not quite as good as the previous year, so I decided to attach a lot of them so you have options. Also included is a short video of the training. Twenty women, including out-of-school girls and internally displaced adults, gathered at Murya, Nasarawa State, to learn how to make hair cream and Vaseline. They were also given seed capital to help them start their businesses. Women Empowerment Training 3.22.21

  Greetings, in the precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ, The last and final batch of the training went well to the glory of God. Our goal was to train 20 vulnerable rural Christian women and out-of-school girls but we had 7 more women in attendance who were not enrolled in the program but wanted to be a part of it. We only offered them the training and could not provide any start-up capital as our budget did not cover them. The objective of our project is to provide sustainable and transformative business opportunities for poor rural women and out-of-school girls. Also, the women were trained to make the rocket stove in addition to the baseline, which they would produce as a source of income for their families. Let me apologize for the pictures.
