What is Bannah?


"Bannah" is the first word in the full name of the nonprofit BACCOT (Bannah Center for Community Transformation).  This organization is directed by a local pastor and activist, Raphael, from Nigeria.  


Who We Are

BACCOT is located in Taraba State, north east Nigeria. BACCOT commenced operation in 2005 but was fully incorporated  with the Corporate Affairs Commissions of the Federal Government of Nigeria on July, 2010BACCOT exist to bring many sons and daughters to glory.

How We Started

BACCOT commenced operation in 2005 but was eventually registered with the Corporate Affairs Commissions of the Federal Government of Nigeria in July 2010. As a Christian ministry, we seek to glorify God in all our endeavors.
 We express our worship to God through Missions and Evangelism, Discipleship, skill acquisition, Hiv/Aids prevention, bio-sand water filtration, Fuel efficient cookstove, nutrition, food preservation, biogas digester, farming and micro-enterprise training for income generating activities. Thus, helping communities help themselves.
